Achik Yaya / Achik Mama is a project designed to provide comprehensive support to children and adolescents who are beneficiaries of the Don Bosco Foundation.

The name of the project comes from the words in the Kichwa language that mean “godfather” and “godmother”, respectively, reflecting the inclusive and culturally sensitive approach of our organization.

Goal

Sponsor a beneficiary of the Don Bosco Foundation to receive educational, nutritional and psychological services within the organization, seeking their integral development.

We invite you to be part of the Don Bosco Foundation as a godfather or godmother, our children and adolescence
will receive a great benefit from you!

SPONSOR!

Individual sponsorship

Participants will have the opportunity to individually sponsor a child or adolescent beneficiary of the Don Bosco Foundation, in common agreement with the Management. Each sponsor will provide a minimum monthly contribution to cover the costs associated with the education, food and psychological services of the sponsored child.

Educational services

Access to quality education will be guaranteed for all sponsored children and adolescents. School materials and other necessary resources will be provided to facilitate your learning.

Nutritional support

Nutritious and balanced meals will be offered to sponsored children, ensuring that they receive adequate nutrition for their physical and cognitive development; In addition, workshops on healthy eating habits will be held to promote adequate nutrition with their families.

Psychological services

Individualized psychological support will be provided to children who need it, through sessions with trained mental health professionals who will complement recreational and therapeutic activities to promote the emotional and social well-being of sponsored children.
